1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WirelessHub.pk, placing an order, or contacting us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes; minor variations may exist.
  • Product availability is subject to stock levels at the time of order confirmation.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after our team contacts you to verify details.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide across Pakistan.
  • Online payment arrangements must be confirmed via WhatsApp before dispatch.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion with a full refund if payment was made.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer free shipping on all orders across Pakistan.
  • Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days; remote areas may take longer.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed due to courier delays.
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

5. Returns and Warranty

  • We offer a 1-week checking warranty on all products from the date of delivery.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only — not physical damage, water damage, or misuse.
  • To claim warranty, contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned items must be in original condition with original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse delivery of a dispatched order, return shipping costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on WirelessHub.pk including text, images, logos, and design is the property of WirelessHub.pk and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

WirelessHub.pk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
